Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. You are automatically returned to the Catalog after each item is selected. You can also selected multiple items for each product. After you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment (Visa, American Express and MasterCard) bank drafts, money orders and wire transfer. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. This site displays the primary price in US dollars.
As we accept PayPal, Visa, American Express and MasterCard, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We prefer our clients to purchase online, as you will find it convenient and safer then sending through the mail.

Shipping And Handling You only pay the actual cost of shipping, Cycle Imports does not make a profit from shipping. All of our products are shipped using a major courier. Our site provides you with the shipping options and costs online for all of our products.
On orders outside of the United States, the consumer is responsible to ensure the product can be imported and is responsible for all duty, taxes and additional shipping costs once the product enters their home country.
Customer Arranged Shipping - Client deals with all aspects of the shipment
- Cycle Imports only provides the package ready for pickup (boxed)
Customer Pickup - Cycle Imports will work with clientele to deliver product in person where possible
- We travel to tracks throughout the US and if we are in your area, we will bring your bike or parts in person
- If you wish to travel to Miami, FL we can arrange for you to pickup your product in person |
| Delivery Schedule On in-stock product you will normally receive your order to you in 10 business days (excluding statutory holidays or weekends). International orders are generally received in 14-21 days. Priority shipping is available on request. |

Privacy Policy Cycle Imports do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Returns Policy It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping of the returned item back to Cycle Imports. We reserve the right to waive shipping costs on a case by case basis. Upon arrival and inspection of the old item, Cycle Imports will refund all funds with the exception of our original shipping costs. If you wish to return product, you must contact Cycle Imports within 15 days of when we shipped you your product. If you fail to contact Cycle Imports within this time period, we will not accept the return of the product.
NOTE: Cycle Imports does not accept returns on the OZBike / Mini GP line of race bikes.
Please note, return items must be in their original, new, unused, unworn condition and must include all original undamaged packaging and instructions as well as all tags. If you attempt to install the item prior to shipping it will not be refunded. Failure to follow these instruction may result in additional charges and/or refusal of your return. You will then be required to pay for the return shipping of the item if it has been refused.
Should an issue ever arrise that results in legal action by the purchaser, any action that is filed will be pursued in the State of Florida in accordance with the Laws of that State. By purchasing from Cycle Imports., the purchaser attorns to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Florida for all purposes.
